Also 3rd party software like R6 tracker, Overwolf, R6 tab, etc. Will it block sites and other addons that check those? AFAIK atm the streamer mode is only client sided, aka everyone else can see your name & stats, etc. I'm not 100% if your K/D/W/L is included in that, but I can try to check and see if that's some information I can relay. I wonder if the Streamer mode is something that'll somewhat fix this issue? The feature is still a work in progress but will remove your name, profile picture, clearance level, rank, etc. If the streamer mode comes out, I (and a lot of others too I feel) will definetely be using it if I can just play without fearing getting background-checked by sweaty plats in casual. It'd be nice to be able to hide our ranks/kd ratio/win ratio because at this point it's only there to give people some material to troll with.Īnd I know I shouldn't care about people who judge others only based on the rank they obtained 5 months ago, but this kind of toxicity is so repetitibe it's getting kinda hard to ignore.
